Conflict prevention and resolution
Work With Conflicts Using The Integral Compass
The Train the Trainer (TTT™) Program integrates the best components of both conventional and alternative approaches to education into a fuller, wider, deeper, more transformative educational space, honouring each and yet transcending the limits of both. This allows individuals to continually transform themselves, create multidimensional curriculums, serve their students and participate compassionately with others, supporting the health and dynamism of global systems.
Integral Approach
The concept for 2-day workshop, we drafted using the integral map. The integral approach assumes that a part is an existing whole, but also and at the same time part of a larger whole. It works with main perspectives or dimensions of reality that are to be perceived and integrated as equal perspectives. These dimensions are: the individual, which includes personality, behavior and physique, the collective, which means being in relationship with others, and the dimension of processes and structures. Using the integral approach for the concept and during the workshops enabled the holistic view on the subject and gave participants the variety of tools and approached to deal with conflict and mobbing within their field of expertise.
With this in mind, the Integral Approach to our courses requires from our trainers a certain developmental level of consciousness or capacity in several interrelated areas (including cognitive, relational, and ego). In return it helps you to deepen your own journey of self-discovery and unfolding and create your uniquely comprehensive and dynamic trainer approach by expanding your teaching repertoire and learning practices to serve participants of your courses in the best possible way.
In this course we will focus on:
- Integral Theory
- Intercultural Competence
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Non-violent communication
- Stages of conflict resolution
