The Blast Project run by the transnational Transformative Education Community of Practice is thrilled to deliver a free online training of trainers on 20 & 21st November 2021 from 10 am-6 pm CET. IfGIC as a co-founder and partner of the project is happy to offer three places for the event. This course is for those working in adult learning or training environments, or in facilitation of change specifically in the social-ecological transition. The focus is on exploring key competencies through the lens of Blended Transformative Learning. Please find more details on content and registration below.
The Online Training of Trainer Workshop is free of charge.
You want to explore the key competencies educators and communities need to build to support the transition to just and regenerative future.
You want to shift towards blended learning to make your educational offers more accessible and relevant to people’s everyday work.
You want to deepen the transformative nature of learning to bring about deeper shifts in mind-sets,behaviours and cultures.
You want to be part of a new community of practice (COP) of trainers working on the same goals – and experience how COPs themselves can be a vehicle for bringing about change.
BLAST is a project run by the transnational Transformative Education Community of Practice formed by ECOLISE. The project is funded by the Erasmus+ and the purpose of the BLAST partnershipis to enable educators, trainers, facilitators, mentors, researchers etc. in delivering transformative learning opportunities to citizens, communities and professionals that engage as change-makers and game-changers in the social-ecological transition.
This course is for those working in adult learning or training environments, or in facilitation of change specifically within environmental, sustainability, climate action and/or transition sectors. The course is a full weekend with some pre-course exercises, and an optional post-course reconnection gathering around one month after the weekend. The course will be delivered online with the support of Zoom.
