IfGIC is structured in three circles:

Alchemists Circle (ALC)

ALC meets monthly online and focuses on spiritual development with practices in order to ensure spiritual leadership for IfGIC as an organization & community.

Developers Circle (DC)

DC meets monthly online and focuses on translating spiritual guided ideas into projects & activities in order to ensure strategic leadership for IfGIC as an organization & community.

Activists Circle (ACC)

ACC is project-based meetings and focuses on implementing the projects & activities locally in order to ensure operational leadership for IfGIC as an organization & community. On-going projects by ACC are:

• Workshops in Universities (Witten/Herdecke University, Ubiquity University)
• Workshops for De-radicalization program by Ministry of Migration and Refugee
• Organizing of Erasmus projects in Germany, Italy and Turkey
• Organizing of Graduate Program at Academy of Inner Science in cooperation with Thomas Hübl
• Monthly webinars
• Publishing of Newsletter and Blog

This new structure including three circles is combined with a new membership system.
